**Practice Fee**

Please note that this practice does not have agreements with public health insurance providers. We recommend checking the current fee when scheduling your appointment.

You will receive an invoice that can be submitted to your health insurance provider for reimbursement.

**Payment**

You can pay the practice fee in cash or by card. In special circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer. An ATM is available on-site.

**Medical Records**

Kindly bring all relevant medical records, results from previous examinations, and any imaging (such as X-rays or scans) related to your condition.
